I’ll say this now, if they charge money for their app, I’ll gladly pay. How much does all of this cost? Nothing, but at some point Pushbullet will have to figure out how to monetize. That and you don’t have to install all these silly notification applications on your PC or Mac, which break half the time anyway. You’ll no longer have to check your device every time it beeps and buzzes, which means you can focus better since you’re not constantly switching between two screens.

Take it from someone who sits in front of a computer for 40 hours a week, Pushbullet is one of the best applications you can install on your phone. Best of all, you can even dismiss notifications from your desktop, and those changes will be reflected on your device. What does that mean? Whatever is in your Android notification tray will show up in desktop Chrome. Over the weekend, the company pushed out a new update, version 13.2, that adds notification sync.

In other words, Pushbullet is like having a Pebble, but instead of wearing it on your wrist, it lives in your computer’s upper right hand corner. In the past few months, however, the team has figured how to send your phone’s notifications to Chrome on your desktop. There’s an option to Snooze for 1 hour right in the menu. Just right-click on our browser extension icon.

In Chrome on Windows, this is even easier. When it launched however many years ago, it let you push whatever website you were looking in Chrome to your Android device. If you click on our browser extension icon, then click Options in the top right, it will take you to our options page with a Snooze button at the top. Pushbullet is one of those few applications that I can’t stop raving about it.
